RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are thrilled with your purchase and that everything about your shopping experience with us rocks. But if that's not the case, let us know — we're happy to accept returns of most products if you wish to exchange for a different size or products.

Here's the deal:
Please contact us first to request return authorization. Be sure to include your Order Number and the details of the product you wish to send back. You'll receive a reply with instructions on where to send your return or exchange and how to take advantage of store credit (if applicable).

We suggest using a track & trace shipping service for returning items to us, as you are responsible for the items arriving back to our store safe and sound.

For hygiene reasons briefs cannot be returned for any reason whatsoever. For everything else, we have a 7 day notification policy, so return requests must be made no more than 7 calendar days after the original delivery date. Items should be in new condition and in their original packaging and complete with tags (if applicable). For exchanges, we charge actual shipping cost in lieu of a re-stocking fee. Store credit is available for use for up to 12 months from date of issue.

Please do not send items back without submitting a return request and receiving instructions.
